A few customers hosted on one of the hypervisors experiecned some service distruption potenitally due to a backup process causing RAM on the physical host to be maxed out, therefore the OS kernel and programs seemed to have already locked up at the time we stepped in. Due to this reason, a force-reboot of the physical host was performed to bring the VPSes back online.
We'd like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. |

A storage system experienced a severe performance issue for approx 8 mins. The storage node was removed from the cluster which fixed the issue. Any VPS using that node would have seen slow storage performance during the incident. We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused. While servers didn't reboot or go down, please let us know if you're experiencing any on going issues. |
