Severity: Major Performance Issue
A storage system experienced a severe performance issue for approx 8 mins. The storage node was removed from the cluster which fixed the issue. Any VPS using that node would have seen slow storage performance during the incident. We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused. While servers didn't reboot or go down, please let us know if you're experiencing any on going issues.
We're currently investigating reports of network traffic going via the Megaport IX in Sydney having drop outs. If you experiencing problems, please can you perform a traceroute to your server and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org - Sorry if this causing you issues, we'll work with our network suppliers to resolve asap.
We have a fix in place which we believe has resolved an issue with a broken network path. We are continuing to monitor the problem to ensure there are no further issues.Resolved | 2018-12-04 15:00:00 AEDT
The issue was found to be with a Megaport router after a maintenance window. They have resolved the issue internally and we are no longer seeing any routing issues.Investigating | 2018-12-04 11:00:00 AEDT
