We're currently investigating reports of network traffic going via the Megaport IX in Sydney having drop outs. If you experiencing problems, please can you perform a traceroute to your server and send them to support@servermule.com - Sorry if this causing you issues, we'll work with our network suppliers to resolve asap.

We have a fix in place which we believe has resolved an issue with a broken network path. We are continuing to monitor the problem to ensure there are no further issues.

The issue was found to be with a Megaport router after a maintenance window. They have resolved the issue internally and we are no longer seeing any routing issues.
