We have had alerts of a number of VPS being unavailable. We are currently investigating and will update this notification when we have further details.

All VPS are now online and responding. If you are still experiencing any issues with your VPS please contact support immediately.

We are extremely sorry for the issues experienced this morning. The outage was the result of a power failure experienced in the Vocus Data center. Whilst this is the first power outage experienced in this data center in over 5 years we take these events very seriously and will be pursuing this issue with our vendor.

There has been a power outage across our Vocus data center which has caused some of our infrastructure to restart. We are currently restarting client VPS and are continuing to work on this issue to get everyone back up and running as soon as possible.

On the 7th of February 9pm AEDT we will be performing maintenance on one of our production storage clusters.

This is a Hazard notification only as this maintenance may cause a very brief impact reducing IO performance on the cluster but is not expected to have a noticeable impact on VPS read/write speed during the works period.
