The storage issue is now fully resolved. All VPS should have returned to normal and we have been monitoring the service for several hours with no further issues.

The root cause of the slow IO has been resolved and VPS performance is recovering.
VPS may continue to run slows while the storage cluster rebalances.
We believe the rebalance will take approximately 30 minutes before performance is fully recovered.
We are continuing to experience Storage IO issues effecting the performance of a large number of VPS. We understand the root cause of the problem however do not have a resolution for the problem at this stage.
