Description:
There was a storage node failure this morning which has slowed down the primary storage IO for some customers.

This has caused some servers to slow down and appear non responsive. The storage network has now re-balanced and IO has recovered.

If you are still experiencing any problems please contact support to investigate further.

Updates:
2016-09-25 23:19:16 AEST - We believe the root cause has been found in a faulty storage node and resolved. We are leaving this event notification open while we continue to monitor closely to ensure that the issue is completely fixed.

2016-09-25 17:24:49 AEST - We have seen a recurrence of high latency in our storage network which has caused another outage from 4.20 pm to 5.00 pm.

We are aware of the high impact it is having on your vps and are working as quickly as possible to rectify the underlying issues causing the problem.
