The current progress is relatively slower than expected. The expected ETA has been updated accordingly.
We have identified a system fault on one of the legacy Xen hosts and are performing an urgent reboot. We will update this status once we have further details.
The host has been fully booted up. It seemed to be due to a rouge process on host that maxed out the memory on the host, hence causing the server to crash. All the VMs are slowly coming back online.
Since this is a legacy system that lacks a lot of manageability features, we are already in the process of phasing out these legacy platforms. We will gradually notify the relevant customers individually regarding the transition.

Dear customers, we will be performing a quick system reconfiguration on the backend virtualisation platform at said time. Only a very small portion of the customers on KVM may experience minor service interruption as the VMs may need to be restarted. Please avoid performing any major changes on your VPS during said maintenance window. Thank you for your understanding.
